SkillSim is starting with conversation simulation and rubric-based feedback. Future features will expand how organizations train, assess, and support their teams.
Conversation-Based Assessments
Instead of relying only on static quizzes or multiple-choice tests, organizations will be able to upload training content and have SkillSim validate comprehension through an interactive conversation.
A team member completes training material, then SkillSim has a conversation with them to check whether they understand the key ideas. SkillSim is designed to ask follow-up questions, identify misunderstandings, provide corrective feedback, and score comprehension against defined criteria.

LMS Integrations
SkillSim is planned to support future integrations with learning management systems so organizations can connect conversation practice and assessments with existing training workflows.
